Due to the inclement weather, last week’s outdoor practice was cancelled as no field was available. Instead, Vintage decided to hold an indoor circuit training session at Specifik Performance, led by one of their trainers. After a 10 minute warmup, we did a circuit in groups of two. Eight exercises, 20 seconds per exercise with 20 seconds off while your partner did the exercise. X2. When we finished the circuit, we did it again. Fun times had by all!
