Vintage will be representing Canada at the World Ultimate Club Championships in Italy from August 2-9, 2014. Our first task is to select a team of amazing team players worthy of representing our great country at the first-ever masters women’s Ultimate Club World Championships. We are looking for players with a positive attitude who are self-motivated, athletic, gritty, and adaptable. Commitment will be a major focus this year, at practices and games, and also behind the scenes with various committees. We plan to hold one two-day practice per month in addition to weekly practices and tournaments.

Tryouts will take place in Montreal on February 8 & 9, 2014. This year, we’ll be holding tryouts in conjunction with Montreal’s competitive women’s program and Nova, an elite women’s team based in Quebec.

On Saturday, tryouts are open to ALL FEMALE PLAYERS, even if you have no plans to play with NOVA or Vintage this summer. So whether you are looking to hone your skills, gain valuable tryout experience, see what elite-level ultimate is all about, support Vintage in her quest to medal at the World Championships, or tryout for either of the teams, come join us on February 8. Sunday’s tryouts will be by invite only.
